Bad sassa service

My sister’s grant money has been giving us problems for the past 2months she doesn’t get the money then mom went to sassa @gugeletgu Cape Town western cape they said she must go fix the problem at eastern cape because that is where she made the card but that is not the case what happened was is that when people were changing the cards from the blue sassa card to the yellow on they were in eastern cape other wise the grant was created at zolani center Nyanga so at gugulethu sassa said they are going to call her Monday that was last of last week they haven’t phoned yet so what must we do
