Bad experience

Sassa Vaalbank, their employees are very rude and don't attend to people. When you go there they'll tell you to come the next day without getting assistance and by that time you used your last penny to go there, they keep telling people to come on specific days and then when you go they tell you another story. What is really going on with them?! Yho their service is poor!!!
