Bad attitude from Consultants

We came there at pass , they gave us attitude to say that we suppose t come at 7 o clock the Next day.Which we did, we arrived there and all the people was standing in the cold and they only begin to set-up at pass 9.<br> There were parents with babies standing outside with degrees less than 5.They are not even trying to assist the people ,each one of them gives a different time for opening and closing.
