bad attitude and disrespectful

I arrived in the morning at the office the I was advised to go to cubicle 1 for assistance when I got there the lady advised me to wait because she is still eating , I waited for 30mins once she was done I went to her she shouted at me saying she can't assist me screaming on top of her lungs and she threw my child certificate at me I explained my problem to her and she spoke to me like I'm useless I just looked at her as she referred me to her supervisor who assisted me . she is so rude that lady in cubicle 1 her name is molla or something like that . I'm so dissapointed.
