bad attitude and bad service

Hey my name is Tebogo sibiya am complaining about sassa at nafcoc.....those people who work there they have bad attitude almost all of them and they give bad service last week Friday. On the 27 of February I went to make card for grand....they open at 7 but they. Start working at 11 all they do is to press there phones...laughing instead of working at about. 2 o'clock they stoped working. And the line stopped as well many people didn't get help and its a every day story its not for the first......right now we didn't receive money. Coz they didn't help us and I need the money for ny baby
