SASSA-Mount Frere- I would like to thank the lady at counter 5 who helped me with my profile that was under investigation. It was on 30 July 2020 in the morning that this lady had such patience with my profile. It was a lot of paperwork and she had never done a file like mine before. I know it took a lot of her time but she didn’t get mad at the numerous times she had to walk to the printer. You won’t know just how at ease I was while you dealt with me. Never got her name but thank you mam and God bless you. I left SASSA office happy. Which in most cases people don’t.
