Atrocious service, as can be expected from South African Social Security Agency

So these specific group of people, that are supposed to render an equal and fair service, deliberately drops your call every time when you want to enquire about a claim doesn't do their job, makes you realise exactly why this country will always stay *******. I got retrenched and my wife app**** for a grant in April already but no one gets back to her. She can't keep on going to the office everytime for no reason as she has a chronic illness that doesn't allow to be on her feet for long periods of time. This is the part where you tell me you have wheelchairs and securities that assist. This is the part where I tell you they don't. I have been to the Mitchells Plain branch and I personally had to help senior members of our society by wheeling them in and out with the wheelchairs while the securities all congregate at the front door which is what their job description is to tem. My issue is that no one returns your call, I was one the phone with that branch this morning and Zanele answered, I posed a question and she had a conversation with someone else and dropped my call, thrice. Then I contacted the so called head office, where I was told to speak to branch directly and they refused to even give me a name as a reference. Surely if this was one of your family members your service would have been completely different. You are of the many reasons *******ion will never be phased out and that is due to the fact that you help create and encourage it. Still proudly South Arican?????
