ATM didn’t dispense the money

I’ve been trying to call their toll free number, so that I can explain that my Sassa money was not dispense at the CAPITEC ATM,but was deducted from my account. They just put people on hold, they don’t do their jobs. It’s been several days now since I’ve been trying to get hold of them.
