Athlone Sassa *********** re refused to allow gafsa Garson that is terminally ill in the building because i am wheelchair bound and refused to renew my disability grant e

had a appointment made by Athlone Sassa manager Mrs page to renew my disability grant that lapse in may. I was not informed to bring any documents only my sassa slip see attached document.

I am disabled and terminally ill due to a rare disease #ehlerdanlos and I ask my neighbor to take me. I was told by the security that sassa has new rules. Disabled people are not allowed in the building and i had to wait outside in my wheelchair amongst many people whilst my immune system are compromised. The security said that my neighbour accompanied me must go inside.

My neighbour does. Not know my private private affairs. My neighbour came out after a few minutes with documents that reception gave and didn't want to give me a appointment. I am a ex retired nurse of groote schuur hodpital. I was given labour and work forms and affidavits i must complete whilst it is common knowledge that a ex government employee does not get uif by labour department.

All the documents sassa wants are allready on their system. My disability rights has been infringed and no one iike sassa can make a ruling that wheelchair bound people must not enter the buiding Sassa Athone employees are *********** and cannot expect a terminally ill disable woman to get all this unnessary information that is allready on their system..

If this matter are not resolved i will lodge a complaint by the human rights commisioner and i implore SADA also to investigate the matter why disable wheel chair bound may not enter the sassa building and expect a ill woman to get all these this unnecessary documentation.

That :Athlone Sassa are not disability focus.. It will be highly appreciated if the infringedment off my disability rights be investigated and alsi why sassa makes the process io renew my disability grant so difficult.
