Assistance or solution

I'm writing seeking for advice on behalve of my aunt and other supposingly victims affected. I Stand to be corrected. In July my aunt expected to get her 1st draw of above R6000. 00 from SASSA but the unfortunate happened. She reported that she was one of the victims who apparently lost their monies and that it was assumed that the computer somehow showed That the monies were withdrawn at some mall in Durban. My aunt was supposed to get above R6000 but unfortunately she got only R30. 00 which she had to use for her transport from one village to ours which is 15km apart. Even the monies for the kids that they were getting from SASSA was lost. I wonder how issues like this can be sorted out. She is really grieved and demonstrates this as depression. At her time it was about 7 candidates at one paysite apparently, so I wonder how many victims on that day and that month in total.Can this be verified and solved?
