Appeal Status still pending

My SASSA Srd grant was declined in August 2022 and I lodged an appeal same time, but till now my appeal status is still pending. According to them in their statement which states "The Independent Tribunal will endeavor to finalise the appeal within 60 - 90 days from the date on which the appeal was received and inform the appellant electronically of the outcome of the appeal and reasons thereof." I have not heard from them since. Please HELP
