ADHD Diagonosed child Refused an Disability Grant

I have visited the sassa offices in Orange farm my Daughter was given a date to see the sassa Dr for assessment, the date that was allocated for her was the 27th of August 2019. We went there yesterday and we saw the Dr, I am not a Dr I do not know how an assessment should be carried out but here is our experience:

The Dr open a file and started to ask my daughter questions: 1.What is your name? My rep**** with her name 2. Can you read? My daughter answered : YES 3. Can you write your name My daughter answered :YES 4. Can you go to the toilet by yourself? My daughter answered : YES

After that he said to me I am not going to approve your child today I will need her to undergo an IQ test before and have the Results here 1st before I can approved her disability Grant, at that moment I approached his desk and showed him the IQ Results that I have provided them with because they made part of medical Reports. He started to go through the file again at that moment he said to me Go! I asked politely must I go outside and leave my daughter here for an assessment? He no both of you GO to the capturing offices we are done here by that time he was still going through the report.

We left his office. The lights went out they couldn't capture our application I went to the capturing clerk when we were told to go home and asked if it is possible that she check what was the finalised report from the Dr, she said she can not do that I Will only find out after it has been captured, OK fare enough I left the place. Today again I waked up and went back for capturing when everything is done I was told the application was unsuccessful I asked the lady that was assisting me why was it unsuccessful she said she has no clue only the Dr can answer that.

With everything that I have mentioned bare in mine, my Daughter just turned 11 her IQ average is of a child of 5y9mnt based on PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATION REPORT I have submitted. She is diagnosed with Adhd.

I need you as the department to assist me on where to from here. I need the full report from the sassa Dr stating clearly to me why she is not eligible for Grant.
