77 YEAR OLD NO PENSION IN JANUARY 2016

ETHEL MATILDA NOBLE ID ***. I tried to withdraw my pension at Pick and Pay Strand on the 6th of February 2016 the slip read cash failed. I tried the second machine and its showed a balance of R 11.22. I phoned to number on the machine and they said to get an affidavit and fax throe. I did. Police said I'm not the only one it happened to they had similar complaints. I faxed it to Thabo Ref ***. I phoned the said lost my affidavit. I got a second one and faxed again to Martin ref ***. No feed back. I now drawn February's pension, however still battling to get my January pension. I needed to borrow money to make ends meat and now I'm still a month behind.
