6 months waiting for sassa

Good day, i have app**** for child grant since october 2022 and i have not been aproved i have uploaded all required documents in pdf formet all certified but i just keep receiving msg that my id, my bank statement is not a valid document,i re apload them something else is not valid,honestely now i don't know what to do cause they keep doing that over and over again it has been 6 months now my baby has not received her grant,someone variefies them when im waiting to be approved someone comes andcancel and say some documents are not valid
