350 grant

Gooday I app**** 350 grant last year August bt when i app**** they said I already app**** I went to sassa office in Phoenix kwazulunatal to report they said I must phone call center 0800 number which I did .they told me they will escalate my call to the poeple who can change cellphone number was used to apply my 350.i was phoning every month nothing happened told me to wait.even now they told me to wait.what I want to change cellphone number was used so that I can appeal course the grant was not approved bt now if I want to appeal masege goes to the person used my details to apply and I don't know that person.i want them to put my cellphone number which is ***.t
