Your staff are full of nonsense they captured wrong information for my father's old age grant the next thing going back to enquire about this we didn't get any help from the staff again "SASSA MAPONYA MALL" They must teach them how to do their job.

SASSA Pension *****!
I am writing this review on behalf of both my mother and my mother in-law who has been experiencing deductions from their pension without consent apparently there is a policy deducting their monies and when they call in the consultants are extremely disrespectful. My mom is not in a position to go and stand in those long queues to have the matter resolved. We need urgent assistance because this is pure ***** of their pension. urgent attention would be greatly appreciated.

Bad Service from Sassa
My Dad has not been received his monthly grant for 2 months now,they are sending him from pillar to post I mean he was born in 1947 and these people are so headless they give him a call center number that is hadly answered ***

my husband is 83 old...
my husband is 83 old we tried to apply for Sassa 3 time now only to be send away every time today I was told by one of the ladies to keep my mouth shut when I complain about the service the staff went on lunch and left the people in the queue now the staff decided to go home and left us stranded it cost money to drive every time my husband is a pensioner with only a little income I am currently unemployed
