Wormy flour disgusted no feedback from customer care!!!!

On the 26 January I did shopping at checkers and purchased a promo deal on Pioneer Foods Specko rice, maize meal and Saska flour, please note I never use Sasko flour (brand loyal) but the deal was good and I decided I'll take it. This past Sunday I wanted to bake and had to strain the flour . I noticed a white ball and assumed it a clot but it was a worm, I checked the expiry date then release checkers was selling items that are close to the expiry date 25/03 I use flour for about 4-5months and it was already heading for expiry. I logged a customer complaint on Monday waiting since Monday for feedback!! Do they expect a scene at the store??? Or should I put my pictures on social media for a response, working in customer care I know I have the right to go all out but I'm quiet because I expect Sasko and Checkers to get back to me, their wormy flour is at home I refuse to go the extra mile to take to them
