White bread with brownish finish Colour
Bought SASKO white bread from Shell garage in Rosslyn on 2023/06/12 20:23. It was unfortunate to find the white bread with seemed to be brown bread ingriants. Wasn't sure whether it was something which they had to wash out first before they changed to white bread production. This means CIP wasn't done properly, duration of CIP wasn't adhered to, quality of CIP chemicals need to be reviewed. That's if CIP was done. I'm also wondering what other CCP they have in place to mitigate the risks
