Spider found baked in the bread

Saturday evening I bought two loaves of bread at the shop and as we were preparing our meal to eat, as we buttered the bread and eaten some of the slices we came across these two slices that has a spider baked into it and immediately felt disgusted by it knowing we have already eaten some of the slices.

We called sasko grain port Elizabeth and the lady we first spoke to put me through to the manager who directed me to Britos bakery and said that we need to raise the complaint with them and immediately declined the call, when I tried calling in again they kept declining my calls until such a time it was just ringing.. I called britos bakery and first person who answered said I should call on Monday even before I could raise my complaint.

This shows how poor their help and support is. This spider could be poisonous and if one of us ate this slices who knows what it could have done and how uneasy and disgusted we feel that we ate a few slices already not knowing if there was anything in the other slices!

Poor service sasko!!!!! And very unprofessional and unhygienic your kitchens might even be knowing a spider got into your product! How many more cases like this!?
