I have been experiencing this problem with Sasko bread for more than a year. Initially we just dumped the bread as it was too much of a inconvenience to return the bread to the supermarket. I complained to the various stores, PnPay, Checkers, Spar where I normally buy the bread from ,and all response you get is that they will take it up with Sasko. In Dec.2015 I decided to complain to Pioneer Foods / Sasko directly and the response I received was pretty much the same as the others, an apology for the inconvenience caused and thanking me for bringing this to their attention so that they are able to identify any problem.They included a voucher SB 16761/ Ref 15-12-87 for 3 x Sasko Low Gi Whole Wheat Brown Dumpy bread which I have not redeemed as this problem still persist. The latest incident being a Sasko Low Gi Whole Wheat Brown Dumpy bread bought at Spar Paddocks on 9/.4/16 and showing mould on the 10/04/16 - use by date was 11/.4/16.<br> I met with the assistant manager and bakery manager at Checkers Canal Walk in March to complain about the same bread bought on a promotion at Checkers that went mouldy the same day.
