Sasko fails to deliver us Bread

I have a problem with sasko bread. We order the bread from sasko from Mr Khanyile who is the driver that deliver our bread every morning. We operate a Kota shop in Holomisa and we order 45 loads a day and every day Is struggle to get the bread. We have tried to lay the complaint to Mr France who is rep for the area and we don't find joy. We either get bread less than what we order or we don't get at all. We are a small company trying to make means out of this business but we are constantly failed.we went to the offices by the FBB stadium and they promised to sort this matter out. But even taday as I wrote this complaint the bread hasn't been delivered. Wen we calm Mr Khanyile he tells us that the bread is not available and had we hadn't call we wouldn't have known. This is really impacting my business to alway guess of would we get bread or not and we always have to reject our customers. This is really bad service fr such a big branded company to fail us like this. Please help us resolve this matter
