Poor communication with public.

Was involved in an accident were a bakery from sasko collided with my car while i was being towed,not even once did they check if am alive or how am doing in hospital. Instead am being told that they’re driver says I collided with them head on, its as if they’ve already choosen sides cause the lady dealing with insurance claim said i should provide my side of the story whereby i did send through all she requested & photo to prove what transpired on the day from the scene yet am still not receiving any feed back meanwhile my medical bills are pilling up….
