INSECT INFESTATION IN SEALED PRODUCTS

This letter is to complain about products I recently received from Crossbow & Sasko. I bought Popcorn seeds from the local grocery store and on arriving home I found insects infested inside the sealed packages. The insects were trying to bite through the packaging and infest the rest of my groceries. Needless to say, I was quite frustrated. I bought 2 1kg bags of popcorn with the expiry date set to the 03/02/2016. I'm sure you can imagine my disgust on finding my typical grocery supplier's product to be spoilt and unsanitary. This truly brings great concern whether any of Sasko or Crowbow products are compliant with health codes and safe for consumer consumption.<br> I have posted the 2 products and a copy of this letter to Sasko and I trust that the two companies will resolve this disturbing situation. I expected a much higher level of service from your company, and I am quite disappointed. Because I do not want to spend any more time on this issue, I am returning the products immediately, and I expect compensation. I will be informing my friends and family about this experience as others who trust this product deserve to know how they have been misled.<br>
