Bad Service Sasko/Pioneerfoods Epping branch

Bad service from staff at pioneerfoods Epping branch. Called in on Friday 17 April 20 in the morning for pricing for a bread RFQ. Received a call at around 16:30 with an email address that bounced back and when I called back to verify the email address, no response. Called in on 20 April 20 again to the Epping branch and manager and sales guy is not available. Called the call centre to lay a complaint and was given the head office number to call again, to lay a complaint. A Liese Hess took down my details to assist me with a quote yesterday morning, so am still waiting for a call or correspondence there-of. Online enquiry for sasko/pioneerfoods does not work, as I did not get a reply after submitting a resquest last week. You should not advertise that you are available and are providing a service during lockdown and cant even respond to a simple price enquiry.
