All empty promises

I have bought Imbo SPLITPEAS the beginning off June2024 I **** SPLITPEAS soup the second Saturday off the month my whole pot off soup went a waist everything cook away but not the splitpeas after 6 hours it was still hard my family couldn't eat from the soup. I email them on the 24 of June2024 and 3 days I received a call from the office of White Star to say they sorry and after 72 hours they will come back to me. I send them several emails so on the 10 July the send me a message to say they try to get hold off me. The 12 July I call them and the consultant say that they will come back to me. My concern is how many people sitting with this problem cost off living is so expensive to just through food away I couldn't fed my family that night
