TELONE SA (Sapor Group)

<p>I work for a really big distribution company. We work mainly on our phones. A year ago we signed a contract with this Telone Group, Obviously we were sold on a cheaper price an better customer services. Well let me just tell you that i have never had worse service from a company. Hell not even telkom is this usless. I had to phone them three times a day from Thursday till Monday. Just to get a technical Manager out here to have a look at our lines. after which nothing was done to fix our problem instead we were sent a 22000 Grand Quote to fix it. That is just to Fix a motherboard without a surge protector, It isn't even a year old. I don't believe a word of this. An on top of that I asked them for a copy of our contract and that took them 6 days to send me one. I am beyond furious. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.</p>
