Zero pride in workmanship!

<p>firstly i was one of the victims stuck in the saxum issue. my vehicle was withheld by sanrose for over 2 weeks due</p> <p>to some issue that has absolutely nothing to do with me. I was contacted by sanrose to come and collect my vehicle and then received a call whilst on my way from Malanie stating they would not release my vehicle until the insurance has paid them. when i inspected the vehicle, the bootlid did not line up with the lights and fenders. they said they would do adjustments. secondly the bootlid badge according to the quote was to be replaced. the badge they put on was the old one. it has cracks and bubbles from when they removed it. this vehicle is still under maintaince plan with mercedes. sanrose insist it is not the old one! absolutely hilarious- mercedes would never send out a badge in such poor condition. also my exhaust pipe was making noises and sending out a rattling noise- when i questioned Malanie she got defensive and said they never worked on my exhaust- my rear bumper was removed, so it is very possible they had to move it. one of their assembley guys checked it and found a washer and a stone in the exhaust pipe. sanrose obvioulsy feel i liked driving around with rattling noises. i went to collect the car today and guess what? yes...the badge is still defective and damaged and they still have not replaced it. i will replace it out of my own pocket! dont bother sanrose- i will go out of my way to tarnish your name and slander you with every conceivable opportunity! absolutely distgusted in the way you have handled me. you should be kicked off mercedes benz panel of approved body shops due to your incompetence, dishonesty and poor workmanship! </p>
