Worst Service!

I've really tried being patient with these people , I drove 200km to talk with the service advisor and check on my vehicle because they are very poor communication , When I got here they were done with the vehicle and the service advisor had no idea so it shows communication is also poor internally , I came back on Friday to collect the car only find that there was a problem with the paint job on the rear bumper and they told me they would have it ready today ! Now I'm here at Sanrose after speaking to Lizelle the service advisor saying it would ready today she sends an email saying the car will be ready tomorrow .
