Worst Repairer.

I have been without my car for 6 months going to 7 without any assistance.

I was involved in a car accident and I chose to wait for the insurance to select a panelbeater for me. They selected Sanrose. My car came back with oil leaking, warning signs and petrol tank that is not closing and all I am told is they are not accident related. Of course they are not because my car went to the repairer without any oil leaking, petrol tank issues and no warning lights on. I am told that I signed the clearance. Of course I signed it and was told that should I not be happy with the repair work I can return it, there was no test driving and I couldn’t pick up all these things.

I left to go home to Kimberly the very next day after collecting the car and the car was left in the garage without anyone driving it. Coming back after 2 weeks I drove the car during the weekend and pouring petrol the petrol attendant made me notice that my car had no oil at all and there was oil leaking. They couldn’t open the petrol tank and the warning light was on. It was a Saturday when I saw all these and on Monday I returned the car. I have been without my car ever since. The panelbeater doesn’t want to fix the car it’s not them and the insurance as well it’s not their problem.

My car didn’t have these issues. It didn’t go to the panelbeater with these issues and worse part is the assessor seeing that the repair work was not up to standard and sending me the pictures but still taking sides with the panelbeater.

This is the worst Repairer.
