Worst Panel Beaters in SA

I would give minus rating for this Panel Beaters if i have that Option. Worst service and worst response form people. Taking ages to fix small issues. They don't even followup on their internal matters to get the parts from provider. customer need to followup and do their job. even after doing their Job customer need to wait for ages to get his back and foe all these customer gets very reckless replies form the team.

I have given my vehicle for this panes beaters twice, giving second chance is totally my mistake. Two time they took ages to fix my car and even they made very cheap fixing and they even didn't put the correct parts i have to make daily trips to This panel beaters to fix my car completely.

second time they are taking ages to fix my car i need to follow-up for the parts with their vendor which is their Job, even after following up with their provider and arranging parts they are very lazy and taking ages to fix even after the parts arrived. they just simply give false excuses like Paint is noir matching balancing is not match what the **** they are doing all these years and giving these simple excuses after all having these many of industrial experience?
