*********, shameful conduct - Sanrose Motors and Panelbeaters

I am disgusted by the ********* behaviour of Sanrose in Midrand. I am a PPS Insure client and I dropped off my car for repairs on 21 April 2021. The indicated that they will need 8 days to fix my car. When I follow up today 10 May 2021 about the status of the repair and why it is taking so long, I am informed that the owner and finance department have issued an instruction to hold my car because the have a dispute with Fixico and have not received payments from them for the last 5 months?? First of all who or what on earth is Fixico? I am a PPS client..Secondly, why I am only finding out now about this mess after they have had my car for over 2 weeks? How is their payment issues my problem? Why did Sanrose not warn me about this before taking my car?
