Service exceeded expectations

Good day<br> <br> I had been in an accident and I was really worried that once my car was fixed, it would not feel as new as it was before it had been bumped. Suren assured me that it will be done well and I must admit I was impressed. I have been driving the car for a few weeks since it has been fixed and it feels brand new. <br> <br> I received great service firstly from Lawrence Tshifura who arrived at the accident scene. I don't believe I was the easiest customer to deal with at that time but he assured me my car would be in good hands.<br> <br> The great service continued through Suren, who constantly gave me feedback about how far along they are with my car. More issues were picked up with my car when they did a quality check and my car had to stay in longer. Suren made me feel at ease even though my car would be booked for longer, I trusted that it was in good hands.<br> When I picked up my car I asked if they only fix Mercs, and they said no. I asked because my mom was impressed with Suren's service and Sanrose Autobody as a whole, and wanted to bring her car in future.<br> <br> Regards<br> Ms. Seroto<br> <br>
