Sanrose Panelbeaters ripped me off
I brought my car in for repair in May...after leaving it for a week because i normally travel. They informed me upon my return that i had to leave a deposit in order for them to buy the spares. I immediately paid the deposit for the spares..confirming that i would bring my car next time i travel. I travelled in early August and brought my car in. Sanrose adds 5k to the balance invoice allocating it to a parts increase?! how does that happen when i already paid the initial 11k deposit. This was for a 3rd party claim where someone bumped my car. Really disappoint with the way Sanrose handled this case especially for such an expensive vehicle. Would recommend to rather use Danmar or any approved Mercedes repair workshop. Clear rip-off
