Sanrose now is in the business of *****ing cars

I had taken my car to Sanrose Panelbeaters last year and was originally excited as i know that they are one of the better places to take your car for repairs. My excitement quickly vanished as bad communication and poor customer service took over. I was told to bring my car in for an inspection and evaluation which was gonna be done while the repairs on my car were carried out. It ended up staying there for 4 weeks without anything being done to the car. only after i asked why did they say i could have taken the vehicle back while they waited for parts to arrive. Once the parts had arrived and the repairs began the quality of work was so poor that panels that weren't even damaged had been scratched. I had pieces missing from my vehicle and my battery all of a sudden didn't work anymore. on top of all of that they had installed a **** headlight in my car which after one day had leaked. Through this entire time no communication was sent to me regarding progress or problems they were having. After being back 4 times they refused to give me back my vehicle because insurance hadn't paid yet. This was at 4:30 only after i had inspected the vehicle and sent a email saying i was happy.
