Sanrose Motors versus Renew-it Bedfordview

In February of this year, I bought a new C220d, as you would find accidents happen in three's. My first accident was minor to the back bumper and self-inflicted. Due to rues my car had to go to a Mercedes approved panel beater. I was assured by the dealership that I bought my car from to take my vehicle to Renew-It Bedfordview as they are Mercedes approved and in the area.

OMW, the worst experience of my life, firstly my bumper was repaired and not replaced. My car took weeks, I was constantly **** to by the staff as to where it was in their workshop, the messages I received were contradictory, what a mess.!!! When I collected my car, I drove only as far as their gate and there was a terrible rattle in the front of the car, I immediately reversed and they took it into the workshop and said it must have been a safely clip!!, they sorted it out and told me another story. The repair was to the back of the car, not the front.

After taking my car for an inspection to the dealership where I had bought the car from, their expert noticed no paint in certain parts of the bumper, especially in the fins of the bumper, the fitting was incorrect and you could push the bumper in. The spacing was incorrect and the bumper was not in line with the rest of the body of the car. My car was returned by the dealership and Renew-it had to repair. I was never sent the rating form as I had already told them they would get a very bad rating from me.

Not a month after, I had a lady driving into the same back bumper again and then 2 weeks later an elderly gentleman reversing into my door. Nervously I tried Sanrose Panelbeater, who my assessor recommended. Well, what an amazing experience, the staff where extremely polite and reassuring to me that they would carry out the repairs and they won my confidence over as I was a nervous client who had just had a very bad experience. I was kept in communication personally by Lizelle and Suren, even through the tough news when the brand took weeks to deliver the new bumper and accessories form Mercedes Germany.

I am extremely happy with my car and I highly recommend Sanrose to all. Their business is transparent and their workshop is visual with no hidden surprises. Thank you to my assessor who recommended Sanrose and to my broker Sela for being the best in their support!! Thank you Sanrose!!!
