Sanrose extremely poor customer service

I am extremely dissapointmented with your service, I took my car to Sanrose as they were assigned to repair my car by my insure. The car had a bumber damage and my ensure estimated 10 days but up until today I still haven't received my car and they don't even communicate as to how far are they with the repairs unless I call them and even they just guve useless information. The sad part is I dont have and alternative car as the pool car from unsure was valid until the 20th April and that was 20 days after I took my car to them, now I have to use public transport which is so unrealiable. Sanrose has been so useless
