SANROSE Autobody Repairs- Midrand

My experience with Sanrose Autobody repairs in midrand has been nothing short of a horror movie and nightmare. It is now 4months and my car remains not repaired and not commitment to timeframes for the repair and or collection. In between there is no feedback or any communication whatsoever!! Emails or calls follow up are not responded or delayed with the usual vague answers and no commitment made!! Physical visits becomes a complete waste of one's time without care!! I wonder what will it take for a customer to be taken seriously by the Sanrose Autobody repairs Midrand!! I have no doubt that Sanrose exists to proof a point that the BAR on customer experience can be dropped lower!! What a nightmare
