My experience with Sanrose Panelbeaters has been the worst experience ever, Bryte insurance took my car there on the 1st of November 2021, my car is still with them up till this day (02 Feb 2022). 30 days using courtesy car expired and i am using public transport yet still paying for a car installment and insurance but the car is not in my possession. They complained about car parts being out of stock and said they were delivered on the 6th of January 2022 and that my car would be ready in the next ten days. They keep moving days on when my vehicle will be ready for collection. The service is poor and unprofessional, they are now ignoring my calls from the switchboard to the direct line of the manager. they said my car would be ready when i called in yesterday, now they are ignoring my calls.
