Poor workmanship and service

<p>We took our 2016, C220d to a Mercedes approved panel beater in Midrand. There were two attempts to repair the car. We had to specify to them were the imperfections were – they make claims on their website stating which I do not agree with: “All panel repair work is undertaken by a highly s****ed and qualified team using the latest computerised equipment”. If they did their quality checks on the workmanship then they would of picked up the imperfections and scratches after the repairs. Therefore they make claims and cannot stand by them. We are not happy with the job done by SANROSE Midrand. Suren the floor manager is rude and not accepting of the type of work done by his staff. He attacked my wife on the floor of their panel shop when we told him about the errors his staff made to our car. They don’t value their customers at all. Passing the blame to us the clients. Why would we the customer make malicious damages to their own new car? (The staff of SANROSE stated that we damaged our own car) I do not recommend this panel beater to anyone. SANROSE wasted our time and money – and made more damages to our car than the actual fender bender. SANROSE is inefficient and do not like returning the customers calls. We also met with Lawerence a director of the company who said he would make sure his team fixes their mistakes and this promise was not fully kept. SANROSE had also maliciously damaged vinyl boot compartment covers – this was also noticed after they had replaced the damaged covers (their staff made). Their work is "horrific". We also saw other customers that were not happy upon pickup of our car. Their staff mishandled the customer’s keys and when they needed it they toppled a box on the floor – when we confronted them about this they had a dumbfounded look. Many people take good care of their vehicles and expect the same from the companies that work on them. They (SANROSE) are an embarrassment to the luxury brands. This is not the type of service one enjoys especially for a luxury brand. Avoid this panel-beater by all means.</p>
