Lost customer car keys

My vehicle was towed to Sanrose by diverse towing where I was received by the estimator and his colleague( black male). Patrick from diverse towing then reminded me to leave the keys behind and hv my personal belongings removed. I handed the key over to Shane's colleague who then got in the front of the vehicle (drivers seat) and checked that iv not left anything he opened the overhead compartment and gave me my sun glasses. Now Sanrose claims I never gave my keys. I am being sent from pillar to post looking for my keys.
