Left with sour taste in the mouth. R75k ~ 200k damage to car's engine

8 weeks to replace a bumper, fit intercooler, radiator and a headlamp. That's the terrible service I received why my insurance company Hollard forced me to use them. I got very little updates on the car and at peta's were missed. During the various delays my cars fan belt snapped and when I queried the oil on the car I was told that it's old oil. When I came to collect the car I requested that advisor and the mechanic to specifically confirm to me if there were any oil leaks. Which they did. Safe to say that the following morning discovered the oil was leaking from the car. When I queried this I was informed that they didnt touch the engine and that the oil leak was from the crank seal. Only discovered later from an independent mechanic that the oil was from a cracked block. Which is very expensive fix. I dont know what and how the handled my car. But based on the damaged fan belt and lies about the oil leak and the source of the oil leak, I can only conclude that they were covering up this damage to my car.

This serves as a warning never to let these guys touch your car. You'll be left with more problems.
