Lazy and unreliable

I'm currently in the middle of fire... wish I read the comments before. They really do not care about clients, I bet there are certain special people who are treated well. Trying to be understanding, but now I can tell that being nice will never get my car done. I am trying to find a legal route to get my car out of that place, 2months of different stories, my app shows my car starting to have battery problems. My agent has no care in the world, calling her is a waste of minutes.
