I took my car the on the 5. 02.2023 for bumper repair after the accident I had, to today since I drop off my car i haven't had anything regarding my car progress, i called them they took forever to reply and transfer my call to whom she or he didn't take my call, then went back to receptionist again she asked me she can pass the msg that person will call me to now it's after hours no call has come through
