Exceptional service

I fetched my car this week from you.

I want to commend your entire team for the incredible service rendered throughout the process from beginning to end.

I have used you before for work related cars and thought I would use you for my personal car too.

I was pleasantly surprised from the day I brought my car in. I was asked if I had a lift back and when I said no, an Uber was called for me which was honestly not expected. When I saw the gentleman using the Uber app I even said no, I would call an Uber but he insisted.

I was kept up to speed throughout the process and then when collecting my car, I noticed that the car had been thoroughly cleaned, even my car seats had received a proper scrub down.

All your staff members I spoke to and dealt with including Lizelle, Nozi and Andrew were always helpful, professional and friendly. I usually deal with Lizelle and her customer service is amongst the best I have experienced. Even your receptionist is lovely. What a change it makes when the first point of contact understands and anticipates your needs as a customer. That may sound trivial but it makes a massive difference.

In this day and age, that is a breath of fresh air and your team deserves all the praise and commendation for their excellent service.
