Excellent Service with a smile

On 19 Feb 2018 i was involved in a bumper bashing on the N! South highway after Jean Ave. the owner of the vehicle that rear ended me is insure with Absa i-direct. I called my insurer Outsurance as i needed my car fixed ASAP as i was travelling to Swaziland on 9th March 2018. the Outsaurance Assessor referered me to Sanrose Autobody Repair Centre in Midrand where i met Suren Nagia. i explained to Suren that i needed my car fixed urgently to travel to Swaziland. Suren went out of his way to order all the necessary parts and reverted back with a date when i could bring the car in to start repairs. the only out of stock item was the exaust for which there was a delay of 6-8 weeks. Suren , Outsurance and i came to an agreement whereby Suren fitted and repaired all parts apart from the exaust within the 10 days availble. Suren ensured that i had the car fixed to travel and upon return bring it back for the last item - the exaust! Suren delivered as promised! upon our return Suren called and offered to collect my car from my residential address (as i am on sick leave). This morning Sanrose drivers collected the car and have just returned it - all fixed with a smile. i would like to recommend Suren and Sanrose Autobody for excellent service and for going beyong what was expected to somehow limit the inconvinience caused by the accident. All throughout my dealings with Suren he kept me well informed and abreast of the sitution and always delivered as promised! When i collected my car in time for my holiday i was given a beautiful box of nougat sweets as a "enjoy the holiday"surprise! The nougats were delicious and most welcome! Thank you Suren and Team!
