Disgusting customer centricity rendered to clients

Sanrose is more on transactional approach, they're only interested in customer's pockets they don't care about interests of clients, The customer centricity is pathetic, I took my car with minor dent and scratch and it's been there for three weeks and they are also dishonest I was told that it would take 2/3 weeks to get it done however they don't even communicate or share feedback/updates regarding the progress and when you call them they will promise to call back and they don't.
