Dangerous Workmanship

I collected my vehicle at 3.45 surprisingly the rear Tyre nuts were not tightened at all. They lots one of the the nuts and put it in an old one which is not tightening as we speak. Am at BP Garage trying to fix the Tyre. Thank God I noticed before getting into N1
