Appalling service

The service and arrogance of this company leaves nothing to be desired. My car got into an accident around June and used this company for repairs, firstly the initial assessment was done poorly as a results incorrect parts are ordered, conveniently they didnt have a rental vehicle available didnt have a car for almost 4 to 5 months because of the back and forth, recently noticed that the ' 'replacement' water bottle was damaged and they claim to have replaced it which is not the case, made them aware of the issue in December 2021 to this day no response from the company, my lawyers are busy with the matter as the company was handsomely paid for the repair but they refusing to honour the contract.
