Appalling customer service

Terrible service was involved in an accident on the 26th of November 2021 and my insurer sent me to get a quote for repairs at Sanrose. Approval to proceed was given on the 30th November but since then its been lack of feedback from the panel beater and when i follow up they cannot get hold of the supplier or there is not ETA on when parts will get here. I am frustrated , who knew it would take more than 3 months and counting to have your vehicle repaired!!!!
