Wrongful Billing

To SANRAL<br> <br> I own only one vehicle. You are billing me for a vehicle WKR 431 GP that I have sold in May 2013. You are also billing me for CF 76 HF GP which is my motorcycle trailer that miraculously seemed to turn in to a Steed 5 GWM. Now SANRAL, I am one of the few law abiding citizens that did register and do pay. Now you want to ***** even more from my already empty pocket. The people you employ seem to be just as stupid as your system. Where do they and you expect me to find time in my busy day to go and PROVE that I dont in fact own the above motor vehicles? During the day I work to pay my exorbitant tax (your salary) so the onus is on you to do your ****** work. Rectify your problems and remove above mentioned from my bill. I am looking forward to hear witch ill educated idiot will contact me regarding the above mentioned.
